Sales tax at filing time
The tax you charged, the tax you paid on expenses, and the CSV for your bookkeeper.

Check Where you work under Settings → Tax — it sets the rate on new quotes and invoices.

At filing time, open Profit and pick the period. It shows the tax on every invoice dated in it, paid or not, and your sales before tax.

The tax on expenses you logged is shown as credits, so you see what’s actually owed.

Export the invoices and expenses as CSV for your bookkeeper.
