Keep a copy of your records
Save your clients, jobs, quotes, invoices and settings to your own device.

Go to Settings → Keep a copy. It lists what goes in the file and how many records.

Tap Save a copy. One readable file saves to the device you’re on: clients, jobs, invoices, quotes, leads, crew pay and your settings.
Job photos and text-message history aren’t in the file. It’s a copy of the moment you tap, so take a fresh one when it matters.
