Send a quote
Build it from your price book, send it by text or email, and see when it’s opened.

Tap Quick add → New quote, or open the customer in Clients and tap New quote there. New customer? Type their name in the client box and tap Add.

Tap services under Add a service — each comes in at your price. Quote the same job often? Save as template, and the next new quote offers it under Start from a template.

Under Send, tap Text quote or Email it. Text opens the message on your phone with the link already in it; Copy the quote link puts it anywhere else.

The customer opens a page with your quote and an Accept button. You see when it’s opened and when it’s accepted.

If they say yes on the phone instead, tap Mark accepted.
Quotes → Follow up lists quotes that were opened and went quiet, so you know who to call.
