Customers who send you work
Give every customer a link to send a friend, and get reminded to thank them.

Go to Settings → Referrals and turn it on. Say what the friend gets, if anything.

Each customer’s page gets a Send a friend link of its own.

When a friend asks for a quote through it, the request says who sent them. When the friend books, Home reminds you to thank the customer.
