Jobs in your phone’s calendar
Every job in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar — each crew member sees just theirs.

On the Calendar, tap Phone calendar.

Pick Apple Calendar (iPhone, iPad, Mac) or Google Calendar (Android, or any browser). For Outlook, tap Copy the link and subscribe from the URL.

Each person on the crew does the same on their own phone and sees only their jobs.
Calendar apps check for changes on their own schedule — usually every few hours — so a job moved this morning may take a while to move there.
